• Ability to plan conduct inspection/audits training.
• Ability to perform Quality Patient Safety & clinical audits.
• Excellent project management skills. • Strong in IT skills.
• Excellent data analysis and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct Research in Healthcare Quality and get published
Experience:
• At least 5 years' experience of working as Manager Quality in a reputed hospital.
• Experience in planning and implementing licensing, certification/accreditation projects like ISO 9001, PHC/ IHRA, and Accreditation Canada and required internal audits of these standards.
• Well versed with preparing departmental strategic plan and budget.
• Able to facilitate hospital departmental policy and procedure development and monitoring.
• Has expertise in developing, implementing, monitoring and reporting CQI/QPI projects / measures based on strategic priorities of hospitals and the standards.
